PLAN YOUR TRIP →Reaching The Confluence
Your physical journey along the highway rests here. As the Lohit and Dalai rivers merge in a spectacular sweep of turquoise and emerald runoffs, Hayuliang stands as the central anchor for the entire region.
From this valley of respite, the mountain roads branch outward. You can trace the trails northwest toward the dense pine forests and cardamom valleys of Chaglagam and Goiliang. Or, follow the highway farther east toward the warm sands of Tilam Hot Spring, the historic pine-covered ridges of Walong, the early sunrise at Dong village and the border circle headquarters at Kibithu and Kaho. Each destination holds its own unique place in Anjaw's rich cultural geography and Mishmi heritage.
